About PCDR
Pakistan Construction Disputes Report is a biennial report published by MK Consultus, in collaboration with Currie & Brown UK Limited, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and TCC ADR Centre Pakistan.
PCDR is the result of the combined efforts of these organizations by conducting a detailed survey to produce the first comprehensive research on the causes of disputes in Pakistan’s construction industry. The survey findings will pave the way to understanding the key causes of disputes and help develop appropriate strategies to avoid them.
PCDR’s inaugural edition was announced in the Conference on Judicial Perspectives on Domestic and International Arbitration in Pakistan in May 2022.
